In 1965 Mr. Ashok Pawar developed and manufactured our first Fibre Reinforced Composite tube, an electrical insulator. With dedication and dynamism he went on to win the President’s award for import substitution in 1972. He believed that success comes as a result of working with and developing better products for the customer. Over the years this has come to be our business policy. Hitein Bushings Pvt Ltd was established in May 1999 on the strong foundation of this 30 year expertise.

Hitein Unit 1 specialises in machining critical Defense and Missile components. Some of these are machined exclusively for our in-house composite assemblies. We enjoy a full-fledged CAD CAM division which enables all those involved in projects to undertake their work both efficiently and effectively helping reduce setup and cycle times. We love to work with Aluminium Forged / WP  condition and especially thin walled components.

Hitein Unit 2 manufactures a wide range of composites using resin matrix and various reinforcements to provide the exact mechanical, electrical and temperature properties needed. Hitein has provided its products to leading manufacturers in the heavy electric industry since its establishment. Hitein is a specialist in high–tech composites for high and ultra high voltage insulation applications with exceptional electro-mechanical properties.
